What is the colour of the wind?

This is definitely one of those unanswered question that everyone needs to answer for themselves. It’s also a good question, although it isn’t anything like these:

“Do files get embarrassed when they get unzipped?”

“Do infants enjoy infancy as much as adults enjoy adultery?”

“Do Lipton employees take coffee breaks?”

“Do the stars clean themselves with meteor showers?”

Jokes aside (rather above :p) obviously the wind doesn’t have a colour, but my imagination isn’t totally absent.

If I had to decide the colour of the wind it would be just as colourful as a rainbow. They both appear in the sky and they are both representative of climatic change. Wind is an essential part of nature and I love the way the earth works. Go Mother Nature.

Luckily shelter is in my nature, because I despise wind. Give me a zephyr any day, but any rush of air swooshing past my face faster than 20 km/h is going to get the evil eye. Not that it ever makes a difference. Somehow, when the weather is just right, Mommy Cool decides to huff n puff.

If the wind was multi-coloured I’d really not be as annoyed with it. It would be more of a phenomenon than an irritation.

  1. Rather different approach – especially with the inclusion of the jokes hehe… but an interesting point of view indeed. I am also not a big fan of the wind, but we need to appreciate it regardless of the irritation it can be.
Although the wind is not multi-coloured, nature is, and the wind helps to create those beautiful scenes. Thus we can say that in some way the wind can be multi-coloured as well… don’t you think?
